This issue can happen when information get's cached in your browser. The two ways to fix this issues are 1) Clear your browser cache and temporary internet files 2) Use a different browser or device you have not used for this course 3) Log in and out 4) You must wait for the video to finish playing before proceeding in the course. The knowledge checks will appear below the video once it has finished playing. Your account and certificate will be available for up to 18 months after the last time you login! To print your certificate: 1) Log into the site 2) Click on your profile in the navigation tab 3) Go down to the course list 4) Click on the arrow next to the course name, this will expand your course history 5) Scroll down to the section 4 quiz that you passed. To the right you will see a ribbon 6) Click on the ribbon and this will open up your certificate. 7) Go to file print (on a desktop) and either print your certificate or select save as pdf Clicking on the certificate of next to the course name will provide a certificate without a completion date if the course is still in progress. There are a variety of reason you might not be able to login You will need to create a new account for this training it is not the same as the DPH licensing site. 1) You have not registered for an account, go to the login page and click the register link 2) If you forgot your password visit the login page and click forgot password and follow the instructions 3) Your email address is not working, try personal and work emails 4) The page is not responding or looping, clear the browser cache or use a different browserNo, this course is only required one time. You do not need to complete this course at every license renewal. If you have questions about renewing your license please contact your Board of Licensure. We are unable to answer questions about your license or license renewal as this website is only to administer the Chapter 260 course. The training consists of a series of videos, broken up into an Introduction (approximately 6 min.) and 4 Training Modules (approximately 28 min., 12 min., 8 min. and 9 min., respectively). You can stop the training at any point and return to it later.This issue can occur when one or more modules is not marked as complete (a known issue with Internet Explorer) but do not worry if you have received your certificate. Course completion is based on finishing the 4th knowledge check when the certificate is generated. If you are inclined to show the course as being completed you will need to review the sections for which modules have not been marked as complete. In addition at the end of the 4th knowledge check you should print your certificate and click continue to mark the course as complete. All course participants need to download or print their certificate for their records as demonstrating completion of this course. If you have no audio on the videos, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot this issues. Ensure your computer/ device is not muted and the volume is turned up Check headphone/ headset connections that they are connected or the plug is pushed fully into the computer or device. Ensure the volume is turned all the way up on the videos. A small bar graph appears to the right of the video progression bar and to the left of the CC button. Make sure the bars are fully blue. There is an issue with Vimeo where caching can cause no audio on any Vimeo videos. To solve this you will need to clear the cache and temporary internet files on the browser you are using or use a different device to complete the course.
